Problem

Real-estate decisions often require checking multiple sources, interpreting parcel context, and turning scattered information into something a buyer or operator can act on.

The product flow is designed around a practical customer job: search a parcel, review relevant checks from multiple sources, select report scope, and receive a structured PDF.

My Role

I shaped the customer journey, service catalogue, source logic, report structure, content framing, QA loops, documentation, and launch positioning.

Scope & Guardrails

Clear ownership matters because this is a trust product, not a loose demo.

Owned Product flow, source model, report structure, privacy language, checkout readiness, and launch packaging.
Guardrail Risk verdicts are grounded in rules and cited sources; explanations are checked against source provenance.
Trade-off Public portfolio proof stays redacted: no customer reports, private orders, or sensitive property/customer details.
